Security Measures
When registering a Real Money account, each player is provided with a unique Username and a temporary Password which he/she must change to their own upon first login. Due to encryption, passwords cannot be accessed by Class 1 Casino staff and therefore cannot be retrieved. If forgotten, a new temporary password must be requested.
No transactions can occur without correct usernames, passwords and account numbers being supplied. We keep a record of every transaction made, allowing for a complete audit if necessary. Our financial transactions are processed by SafeCharge International Limited, a PCI certified international leading payment service provider. On our statement you will be billed as 'ZETSFUL* ONLINEBETTING'.
Our policy allows only one Class 1 Casino Real Money account per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (universities, dormitories or fraternities, schools, public libraries, workplaces, etc.). Duplicate accounts are not tolerated, except in special cases. Contact our online support if you have a specific request.
For credit card users: during the initial period of first few deposits with credit card(s) in Class 1 Casino our financial security system launches several security alerts, depending on the credit card behaviour. Alerts such as "suspicious high first deposit", "deposit limits in the first 7 days", "deposit limits in the first 30 days" are implemented because of the risk of chargeback. To avoid these security alerts, copies of certain documents are requested. See "Security Procedures" below.
Bets may only be placed by players aged 18 (eighteen) or over and in any event of legal age as determined by the laws of the country the player lives in.
The Class 1 Casino management is apologizing if some safety precautions appear to be excessive, but we believe they are necessary in order to secure your safety.
Security Procedures
Requested documents are:
- Personal Identification Document (ID card, Passport or Driver's licence) – this document must include your photo, current billing address (that has to match the address you entered when creating your account), and expiration date (document must be valid);
- Utility Bill – if the current billing address is not on your Personal Identification Document, you are required to send a copy of a recent Utility Bill issued to your name with your address clearly visible; usually we receive as Utility Bills electricity, gas or phone bills, or bank statements.
If at least one deposit was made with a Credit Card, we will need further copies:
- A front and back copy of all credit cards used for deposits (please cover the middle eight digits of your Credit Card number and the CVV2 code on the back); Credit Cards must be signed;
- Fully signed Deposit Confirmation Form (DCF) that will be sent to your e-mail address; DCF is a list of all deposits made with Credit Cards in a certain period; you are required to print the form, sign manually next to each deposit, scan the form (or make a digital copy of it; jpeg format is preferred) and send it back to us.
The only valid e-mail address for sending any documents to is support@class1casino.com.
NOTE: Copy of a Personal Identification Document is requested only once. It can only be re-requested when expired. If credit card is your depositing method of choice, DCFs will be sent to you periodically.
Documents are reviewed by qualified personnel and can be accessed only with special clearance. When reviewed and confirmed, security department adjusts the player's account and all documents are safely stored on our offline servers.
No withdrawal request is approved without the requested copies received. If document copies are not received within 4 business days, the withdrawal request will be declined and the requested amount returned to player's balance.
